Both Phoenix and Optimus have been powered by AI technologies.

Across industries, artificial intelligence is spurring innovation. Imagine if OpenAI's ChatGPT was actually a robot that could help you with your duties, rather than just being the go-to chatbot for everything. Well, it seems that the days of AI-powered robots are not far after all.
Phoenix, a humanoid robot driven by AI and created by the Vancouver-based robotics startup Sanctuary AI, has been unveiled. According to the business, it is the "first human-like intelligence in general-purpose robots" in existence. It appears to be a significant advancement in the chatbot-dominated field of

What is Phoenix?

The 5.7-foot-tall, about 70 kg robot is powered by AI. It has hands that replicate the agility of human hands. Objects weighing up to 25 kg can be lifted by the robot. The company used the robot to execute jobs including packing inventory, labelling items, and cleaning at a retail location in Vancouver to show off its capabilities. The robot can go 3 miles per hour at its fastest.****
Phoenix is propelled by Carbon, a special AI control system that gives it intelligence akin to that of a human and allows it to carry out a variety of activities. Phoenix, according to the corporation, could aid in resolving labor-related issues that are a problem for many businesses. Phoenix can carry out more than a hundred activities that have been recognized by users from a dozen different businesses, according to Sanctuary.

The Tesla Bot or Optimus humanoid robot programmed is a creation of the Elon Musk-owned business. Pictures of the prototypes that have been performing some remarkable moves have been making the internet very active lately.

A recent video demonstrates how the Tesla Bots can move forward, pick up objects, and recognise them. At Tesla's AI Day event in 2022, these bots were unveiled. Although it originally struggled to walk, the most recent footage shows them moving forward with ease. The newly updated Tesla Bot has improved torque control and AI that has been trained using motions observed in humans. One robot was seen taking items out of one container and putting them in another.
